Ah. My beloved Vodafone. How can I describe you?
Only the worst phone company known to man. Crap customer service, crap rates, crap offers. I have taken a strong dislike to Vodafone today.
After trying to charge me £281 (scam merchants) to have my contract cancelled, and then to tell me that potentially it could cost me upwards of £250 to have my phone fixed, even though it is a Nokia recognised fault. I'm not happy.
They sent out a pack today so I can send it off to be 'fixed'. But knowing them, and knowing what they did last time something like this happened, they'll charge me, only to find that the problem is the same, and then whisk my phone off for another 3 weeks around the world. Its an absolute joke.
So, if you're thinking of going on to a Vodafone contract, DON'T. Sound advice from a disgruntled customer.
