A severe bout of TIREDNESS hit me yesterday - hence the blog is going up today!
I was properly shattered. I had a really long day, and then, after getting home and feeling absolutely shite, I suddenly woke up. And I regret not realising that, cos I woke up this morning at half 11! Whoops.
But hey ho, I'll live!

Now this always reminds me of summer last year. That intro is just incredible - used in the Olympic coverage. I love this record, and the vocals are just amazing on it too.
#13 - ELLA FITZGERALD - SUMMERTIME
The way the song is purred gets me. How can a woman with such a beautiful voice create a whole new world in a song? Its just a spine-tingling version.
